Let me start this article by defining what extradition is all about; Extradition is an act where one jurisdiction delivers a person accused or convicted of committing a crime in another jurisdiction, over to their law enforcement. The extradition procedures to which the fugitive will be subjected are dependent on the law and practice of the requested state. There have been series of studies on the law of extradition in Nigeria however these studies have failed to bring it the layman knowledge what extradition is all about.

The researches on the law of extradition among other Undergraduate Project Topics are not really popular and voluminous compared to the likes of education project topics. The law of extradition is usually found under law project topics and materials.

There has been misuse of the law of extradition in Nigeria; this misuse could be for permanent elimination of the convict or proper judgment. The federal governments of Nigeria need to look into some of the practices of the judiciaries especially those that handle public cases.

The Nigeria law firms in Nigeria should always demand for proper authorization before handing over a convict to another law firms so as to avoid the loss of lives of citizens that may gain freedom in the nearest future.

The federal government of Nigeria irrespective of change in political administration should compare the Nigeria law of extradition to that of the UN and make amend of her policies.

I also implore researchers that carry out studies on the law of extradition and capture a lot of cases in countries like China, Iran, etc. People can even engage the services of research writing firm or Hire A Project Writer In Nigeria to help in bringing out more cases as regards the law of extradition in Nigeria.
