Internal conflict is not only seen in the manufacturing and service sector but these days it is seen in the political sector in Nigeria. Most recently there have been series of unrest in the political system in Nigeria.

The most noticed issue among political parties in Nigeria is the issue of decamping. A politician abandoned his or her political party to join another one. The funny aspect of it is that those that decamp or abandoned their parties for another tend to seek for the same post they were occupying in their former political. This is seen in the all progressive congress (APC).

The president of Nigeria really showed the reason for being the president by putting an end to the conflict in the all progressive congress.

Internal conflict is not only seen in the Nigeria political system but in most organization in both private and public sector. There so many approaches as captured in most undergraduate project topics in the resolution of internal conflict.
